A role is defined by a set of rules that govern the permission levels of users in your Fieldomobify account. When you add a new role, you will specify the tasks that the users assigned to this role will be able to perform in the Fieldomobify account.


  • To add new Role click on Role tab in Sub Menu option of Menu Bar in Setting.



  • Then you will be directed to below window, where you need to click on Add Role to create new Role.




  • Now add and fill all required field for Roles in-




  • In the Role Name field, enter the Role Name(e.g. Admin, Field Engineer, Serviceman etc).


  • In the Description field, enter the Description of the Role.


  • Select Status weather that material is Active or Archive.


  • Admin Permission: How much access does Admin wants to give to this Role of a User she/he can control from here, It includes- Estimate, Invoice, Work Order, Run Reports, Customers, Web Portal, Mobile App, Services, Materials, Run Payment. she/he can assign permission to user to the above categories like View Only, Add/Edit, Add/Edit Approve.


  • Click on Save
