Add New Customer


To add new customer, follow these steps

  1. Through Menu Bar
  2. On Dashboard


Refer marked field in below figure


  • If you go through Menu Bar to Add New Customer you can Click Customer tab and add Customer.



  • By second option you will be directly directed to the adding customer window-



In the Customer Name field, enter customer's name.

In the Customer Code field, enter a unique alphanumeric customer code.

Select from Customer and Prospect.

In the Site field, enter a site location for field work

In the Address fields, enter the customer's address.

In the Phone filed, enter the customer's phone number.

In the Email field, enter the customer's email address.

In the Fax No. field, enter the customer's fax number.

In the Site. field, you can fill and select from the auto fill option you want to, also you can drag and drop the location in Map to ease your task.

In the Customer Notes, enter any notes related to customer or site.

In the Contact section, enter detail of staff associated with customer with Name, Email, Phone, Address, associate with the customer.

In the Contact Site field, select the site to which that contact person belong.

Click Save
